Yeah, that is the same error as in the Dump files.

Did you run Origin as Administrator?

Press the Windows key and "i" at the same time.
Select "Apps"
In the list of applications search for "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015, 2017 or 2019.
Tell me witch one is installed.
