It happens, I don't think it is the reason here, but I can't be sure.

Besides that:

• Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\__Installer\vc\vc2015\redist" folder.
• Run the "vc_redist.x64.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
• Restart the computer.
• Run the "vc_redist.x86.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
• Restart the computer.
• Test.

If you get an error that says that another version of the vc_redist is already installed:

• Go here.
• Download the "vc_redist.x86.exe" and the "vc_redist.x64.exe"
• Run the "vc_redist.x86.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
• Restart the computer.
• Run the "vc_redist.x64.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
• Restart the computer.
• Test.
