Salarian needing the Heating unit stabilizers
So the salarian needing the heating unit stabilizers on the presidium commons, standing on the walkway by C-Sec is completely frozen. I can't seem to hand him the Heating unit stabilizers to complete the Quest. I've tried resetting the Game, doing other missions and returning, nothing seems to fix this?

it seems to have rectified itself after deleting and re installing the game.
