I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue, while playing MySims Kingdom, I tried saving my progress and this window pop up in my game. And when I went back to the main menu, there was no save files when I tried loading my game.
I tried with MySims too except that I can't even click on the save button.

Is this also happening with autosaves? Or is this only manual saves you are having an issue with?
my girlfriend have the same problems with both games she played and after the tutorial the game says its time to save she saved the game next day she wants to play and ther are no savegame same in kindoms how why can this happen on both games

First of all, I'd like to apologize for my bad english.
I don't think anything was moved elsewhere, all I did was buy the game on steam, install it and run it.
Maybe, I'll have to try again for MySims, but for MySims Kingdom I've played for about 5 hours and the save button definitly didn't work, I could lick on it but like I said, this only made a window pop up in the game.
As for the DxDiag, I don't know if this is what you're asking for but I'll put it here just in case.

Have you changed the save location or install location for the games? We would also like to see a DxDiag if you can provide one.
Also saving is disabled in MySims until the tutorial is completed, if that's where you're seeing this behavior.
