Please fix this issue. My need for speed rivals game I just downloaded from the Xbox store keeps freezing up at loading screen and sending my back to Xbox home. Would be thankfully appreciated if the issue is resolved.

@ricardo7590 Hi! Yes you are correct, I don't know if you were replying to @Avengersman1420 he did forget to add that the game can still crash when joining an online session. But my posts #111 and #116 is more detailed and does state that the game can still crash when joining an online session. Here is a copy of my post 🙂

In order to load/play 100% crash/freeze free you must play offline, you can do this by disconnect your Xbox from the internet BEFORE starting the game. You can disconnect your Xbox from the internet a number of ways but the easiest is to go to your Xbox settings under the Xbox home screen, then under network disconnect internet. Unfortunately, this is currently the only way to start/load/play the game 100% crash/freeze free. NOTE: playing this way doesn't allow you to play with your friends/or strangers, but if you really want to play online with friends/stranger you can do so by starting the game offline, the once in your garage, reconnect your internet BUT just know that once you reconnect to the internet your game might still crash/freeze. guys check it out again, i think they patched the problem, finally
i love this game so much and i cant even play it with my friends what a joke ea
I put the game into single player and restarted the game. So I can get in without having to do the offline online stuff. It offered my old save and new one. I selected new one and I’m online in a full lobby. See how long this lasts.

I can get online by doing the following: erase player data and stop the sync. That of course puts you as a beginner with nothing so that isn’t practical. Another way was deleting all my dlc packs and that worked. Then it didn’t so I reinstalled all my dlc packs and again I was able to get online and see others playing then it stopped working again. There has to be away and offline is not acceptable. Others are playing online when ever I get in so their servers are still on for it.
