NFS Unbound Digital Version Unplayable. Pre Order Bonus Content Lost/Deleted
I was experiencing an inventory error while trying to play the game. Error Code F03 cannot load inventory. This started happening after purchasing the Ultimate Collection Upgrade. The Premium Speed Pass for Vol. 9 is stated to be included with this upgrade, but I was forced to purchase the Premium Speed Pass for Vol. 9 separately to access the Premium Speed Pass content for Vol. 9 which should have been included. I then tried to delete all add on content and only have the Premium Speed Pass Vol. 9 installed which allowed me to not have the F03 error. Now my pre order bonus content is gone and I can’t access it or reinstall it. I contacted PlayStation and went through all their troubleshooting steps. 1. Making sure the game and system is updated. 2.Restore Licenses. 3. Disabling and Re-enabling Console Sharing and Offline Play then logging out and back in. 4. Accessing the Add Ons section of the game to see if I can download it but it was not there as an option. I was then informed by PlayStation that they ensure getting my content would be as easy as start playing the game and all the extra content included will be there. They then said in case I am still missing the content they’d advise me to get in touch with the game publisher Electronic Arts Inc for additional steps since, in rare scenarios the game server may have a delay or there could be an issue with the game account. I was then provided with the support website for EA and a case number. The agent then ended the chat before I could respond. Since this encounter I am still unable to download my pre order bonus content and the error code F03 is still happening when all available add ons are installed. The inventory load up/sync takes a long time and I cannot play the game. It’s not right that I pre ordered the game and paid full price but now cannot access what I paid for or even play the game at all. A solution needs to be created for both issues occurring. 1. The error code F03 causing game to be unplayable, and 2. My pre order bonus content no longer being accessible.
Pre order purchase was on 11/25/2022 through the PlayStation Store. The Ultimate Collection Upgrade was purchased 12/24/2024. The Premium Speed Pass Vol.9 was purchased separately on 12/24/2024. This issue began 12/24/2024. PlayStation states they cannot assist with this further and Electronic Arts Inc can assist. Please help.
