NFS Volume 7 stuck loading forever to connect online

Summarize your bug I haven't been able to play the game online after the volume 7 drops. I have no issues whatsoever during the volume 6. My wifi works perfectly, and other games work fine. Is anyone experiencing the same this or is it just me? Any help/advice is appreciated. Thank you!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea because it seems like everyone else can access the game's online mode. But I can't.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game won't connect to online mode.
What do you expect to see? The resolution of the problem, or at least to know if maybe there's someone who's experiencing the same issue.

I play on PC and No, my save file didn't corrupted. I couldn't login online because old save file was broken for some reason after I made a new car in online then audio broken and I had to relog then I tried to login online it wasn't work anymore. and then I have to make a new file to play online again but all of progress in offline and online saves are gone
I still have an old file save btw. but it can't be use to play online anymore

To confirm progress and items are saved locally to your save files versus an online server. If using the old save you are unable to load the game but using a new save you can successfully load the game this most likely points to an issue with the save file. 

We can try going through the following first to confirm if this keeps up while using the old save. 

• Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Try running the client and game as an admin
  
  
• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  
  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Hi, no I don't have a specific message, the message that I always get is that I can't go online, I have to signed in to my EA account in order to play online and I have to check my internet connection. But the thing is, I have signed to my EA account and I have no problem with my wifi connection at all. No matter how much I have tried to connect the online, the game wouldn't let me and would give me that message. The game won't let me pass the synchronization phase, it would get stuck when the game is trying to synchronize items and will ended up unable to connect to online services.

Here are some things that I have done to try to resolve this issue but STILL didn't work

1. Uninstall and reinstalling the game

2. Repairing the game

3. Running network diagnostics 

4. Switching my internet connection from cable to USB wifi 

5. Updating EA app

6. Running the game in administrator mode

Is there anything else that I should do? It seems like I'm the only one who has this problem here.

I tried to repair game but it's still the same. not thing changed file still broken. not be able to get into online
