Hi, if you're still having this, can you try power cycling your router if you haven't done so already. Also if you have the option to use a different connection as a test that might help. DR1001 and 1002 Error. Disconnecting from the live multiplayer game. EA app crashing logged out in the background. Is there anyone else facing the same issue? Any fix?
The multiplayer aspect of Need for Speed Unbound is inaccessible I can enter the garage but as soon as I start to find a lobby it gives me an error this is that error code. No other games in my library has any issues with connecting to any kind of multiplayer it is only Unbound that can not connect I purchased the game through steam and got the palace edition.
EA suite a une coupure internet j'ai le même code erreur sur série S et voulant jouer en ligne sur NFS unbound

When I start my online version (PC via steam) and want to join a lobby from the garage, the game disconnected me and i'm stuck in the loading screen. It didn't happen before until for the past 2 days it kept happening. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey @J22yy We can give the following steps a try and check if the error continues:
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart

Hi @zulchampaa Can we try the following and check if this error continues?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)

Try the steps detailed at the following post, thanks.
PC Player here.
Bought the game from Epic.
Since the day before volume 6, I couldn't stop getting this message every time I want to join a server mid-way through loading, then the game gets stuck on loading. Now, it still happens, and ONLY VERY RARELY I actually get to join a server or PVP Races. Unfortunately this error happens WAY TOO OFTEN AND I'm slowly contemplating whether this game is actually broken or the servers are. I always have to ALT F4 the game and reopen again, just to get the same bloody message. I have good internet, I've uninstalled and repaired this game countless times, and also cleared EA App's cache. I even signed out and reinstalled EA AND UNBOUND COMPLETELY just to find out I managed to join a server once, before completely getting KICKED OUT AGAIN. I really need help in this, I just got back to convincing myself to play this again, and this is almost the nail to the coffin for me.- EA_Barry2 years ago

Hello,
I‘m Playing Need for Speed Unbound for Playstation 5. When I try to connect to the online server i always get the error: DR1001.
I have a good Internet connection. I‘m using ethernet. I tried to restore the license, i changed the DNS, i cleared the Cache of the PS5, i deleted the game file, i deleted the Game and reinstalled it, i turned off crossplay. Nothing of this helped, i still get the Error: DR1001.I had no problem playing online at first. But after i played a race with a friend and finished it, i got the error. Since then i cant really connect to the online servers. I made it once when i changed the DNS but later i got the error again. Now even changing the DNS dont work.
