NHL 25 is probably the worst thing EA has released, 19/20/21/22/23/24 had their faults and flaws but they were playable.The menus are full of syrup… 🤮🤮Ice-Q termin”AI”tor, so incredibly boring game play!!!!! You can’t switch player like before, and once you manage to switch to the player you want to be, it's too late and the idiot AI player is just going the wrong way or something elseIn all my years playing the NHL, I have NEVER played this many overtime games together as I have with this game. Every single match ends the same, you have to work like crazy for 2 goals in 25-30 shots then the AI scores two rubbish goals when there is less than a minute left.... 30-7 in shots VERY FUN GAMEI have to say you're doing a great job if you manage to make NHL 26 worse.

It would help to see video. Typically though, in corners, if I'm chasing down the puck with an opposing player, I'll stick lift them right before we get to it. If they beat me, I'll boardplay them. Maybe I'll poke the puck away. It just depends on the situation. As far as catching up goes, again, I need to see video. You can help keep your AI players in position for blocking shots and passes by staying in position yourself. If you tend to player lock or not switch players often and are out of position a lot, the AI will be also. They won't be in the best position to cut off lanes and block shots/passes. We'd need to see video of your play to understand exactly what's happening. Again, I'd need video to understand why you can't pick up rebounds. You can try setting your D strategy to protect net so they play lower. That can help. I also tend to switch to a defender when I know a rebound is possible so I'm in a better position. A lot of your issues sound more like they're a result of how you play. Without video, we really can't tell.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with how Franchise Mode plays out. I can just comment on the actual gameplay. I'll pass on your feedback to the team. Thank you.

I play Be a Pro and it has got worse since 2020. You can’t actually play in the Juniors except for the Memorial Cup or other championship tournaments . Then get drafted maybe 1st if your interviews are satisfactory. Get placed on a 2nd line not as a centreman even though that is your 1st position. As a default you are placed on a wing until you prove you’re a 1st line player but only on the wing. Then you have to get enough actual overall points to replace the Star/ highest point player who is the 1st line centre. But instead of him going to a wing like you did no they demote the Star to 2nd line centre. The whole game needs to be overhauled to be better. But EA had no competition to elevate their game. So we are stuck with mediocre games.

The game is more aggressive this year so play around with the aggression sliders or simply play on semi pro you’ll notice the difference

EA_Aljo The Ai shouldnt Play harder in the final minutes. Teams shouldnt get a Hungrier Ai when the Ai is awful all game. This makes literally no sense lol. The Ai is Terrible for 59 minutes but turns into the Teams best player in the last minute. Especially when the Ai Dmen are useless in this game. I have Zero issue when A human makes a good play to the Ai but the Ai shouldnt be making game changing plays.

Yeah BAP died years ago.
if you are LW you gonna play C or RW… so yes you never gonna play on right posistion.
if you choose to play in the NHL directly drafted you gonna be 16-17 years old with 70 potential 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Yo Aljo, can you get EA to fix their menus? I like to play Eashl 3v3 and I prefer playing with all human players and no cpus. I can’t tell you how many times it pairs me up with players and then when the game transitions to where we see our opponents 90% of the time it looks like one of of my teammates have left the lobby but in reality it’s still loading them in. I see that we have a cpu so I leave and as I’m leaving that teammate pops into the lobby. I can’t tell you how many times I see it take 5+ seconds for 1 of my teammates to appear in the match lobby.

Yeah i’m also done with this game now if nothing happend, franchise mode has been broken for two weeks and nothing happens, not even an apology…. When you complain, you are treated like you are the problem.
Pre order the game was a waste of money for me who only like to play franchise mode

Yes. We play the game. We don't all experience the same issues. Which is why we need video.
