Body checking

There needs to be some sort of punishment to the players when they hold down (stick or button) to hit someone. Lose speed, energy, power, they can’t keep fallowing you like a heat seeking missile and still rock you to the ice. No real NHL players skate around like that. You need to time it right in order to give the big hit.
