I play on xbox and have a Xbox series X. Played all day yesterday no issues. Went to log in this morning and says can not connect to EA servers. I have tried all the fixes I have seen on here and nothing has worked. Reset Router, unplug modem to reset, cleared cache on my Xbox, test internet connection speed, network type etc etc. I turned on nhl 24 and connected no issues right away. It's very frustrating that can not play. What other options are there?

Did anyone ever find a solution for this, because I am now having this issue with NHL25. Fifa25 and Madden25 work fine for online play, but NHL25 will not allow me to play online. Getting the same error you’re talking about. Tried all the suggestions, except I haven’t called WOW! yet, my internet otherwise is working fine, just can’t play online in NHL25. 😢
Yeah unfortunately it is a WOW issue. I'd call and tell them. They seem to not jump on anything quickly if not pestered about it sometimes.
