CHEL error code

I was recently playing WoC and after creating a club for my EASHL team, I was kicked out of WoC and can't get back into it. I constantly have the same error code and I've tried resetting my router and modem (which is new, only a month old), deleting saved data files, deleted the game and re-installing it, trying it on a different EA account, and still nothing. What can I do to start playing WoC again. Honeslty, game after game, issue after issue, it's becoming absured and unpleasant.

    Does that error say failed to retrieve data? I haven't seen the one you're mentioning. If it is the FTRD error I mentioned, try leaving and rejoining the club. If that doesn't help, you can try deleting the club. Otherwise, you should be ok to use a different account. This is an issue we're hoping to have resolved with January's update.

    Yes it is the failed to retrieve data code. I have tried all of the above and it continues to not work.
