Community ManagerHello. Can you get me a video of this happening? Also, please give me as many details as possible. When it's occurring, what mode it's happening in, etc.
Hi EA_Aljo can you at least tell us or please find out what a game configuration error means? Error has carried over since 22. It's not happening in the menus, it's happening during online games and basically kicks us out to the main menu so that's a critical issue to online playing users as the game is not playable.
Like it shouldn't matter what world of Chel mode

It does matter knowing what mode. The more details, the better. Unfortunately, I don't have any other details on the configuration error. It's being investigated, but any other videos or details that can be provided, the faster we can get this resolved.
Ok it does seem to be an ongoing issue so good to know it's being investigated. Happening to me in club 6v6 matches which has got to be one most accessed mode far as usage goes
