EA pleas fix the game configuration error!!!

Every world of chel game wether it's on a club or drop in lets me load in and drops the game before it starts. A notification pops up saying game configuration please try again. It's been happening for 2 weeks now! Will even kick me and error in HUT too. I talked to EA support and they said it's a known issue for a lot of players and a team is looking into it. My leaderboards on world of chel only show EA Player, and not their gamertags. When you pay $135 cnd for a game, I think the expectation is to be able to play the game and not just listen to the soundtrack, and sit in menu for 2 weeks straight seeing other players and friends getting to play. Sorry but it's frustrating.
