Same thing happening with me any solutions 

EA never actually solved this for us. We got a couple of messages saying they were looking into it and never heard anything again.

We were able to eventually resolve this by having the affected members leave the club and rejoin - sometimes multiple times. Make sure you have someone who can approve join requests online (just make everyone GM temporarily). Good luck!

What I've said in numerous threads recently is that we're hoping to fix this in the January update. 

This game should still be in testing the errors are non stop and inconsistent. A couple things I did to get past this:

• deleted the save files (this made no difference)
• Restarted the application a dozen times 
• load in to a 6's lobby, then load in to a 3's drop in lobby then try to load in to a 3's club lobby this worked for me but my friend who had no problems went to join after i got in and he got the error.
• He followed the same steps but it didn't work the first time he just closed the application and reopened it and it worked.

This game along with most EA games is awful this company has a monopoly over the sports games, it sucks because they don't care how bad the games are since players have no other option.
