Failed to retrieve data;

ERROR CODE:

8AF389A1C35E018E-0000000000017002-305AFB813FE0B9E0

I play on PS5 and it’s been a solid 48+ i’ve been locked out of WoC. I’ve tried everything imaginable to fix the issue.

Please, fix this game.

    Can you load into world of chel but just wont let you play? It might be your club I had a similar issue with that error code and it was the club bugged once I left it things fixed itself kinda

    We are still investigating this. Yesterday's update was not intended to address it.

    Still no luck, i’m convinced i’m out of luck until the next update comes out and hopefully fixes the issue.

    Same here, early access had no problems but once it was released to the public I got the error.

    I’ve been having the same issue since release day. Haven’t been able to play WOC since the day before the game got released to the public.

    No luck, I tried both and had hopes the update today would of work but still getting the Error Code.

    Hello. We are currently investigating reports of players not being able to enter WoC. We will provide an update when we have some news. I have a couple things you can try, but I'm not optimistic these will help.

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 25 and delete the saved data.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
