Game Still crashing constantly

I’m sure you guys are losing a lot of players to this please fix your game or add were you can join back in to game

Just to be clear it's not from us stop asking what is the message they give to us when it's happening the game close at all no msg nothing sometime have the time to play 1 periode sometimes it's crashing in the menu the game do that's since last 3 nhl ... look like easport try nothing for that's it's 90x3 $ in trash the bug do that's to alot of people and my frien he can play alll the game he want wired or not everything work very goood only nhl and you know what it's doing that to a lot and alot of people man come on it's the last nhl we buy me and my friend's sorry but buy this game it's money in trash very sad

Still man my friend is 3 win 15 loses because of crashing ... and the 3 wins he was not there so he can't play at all in middle of game always the game close ....

I've returned my $60 physical copy to Target and just bought the digital copy for $30 off the xbox store. Haven't played in 2 weeks because the game just self pauses/freezes mid game and brings me back to the Xbox Series X home screen.

crash straight to the dashboard, it also happened while playing be a gm last night, and it just happened again now in EASHL. Has been happening non stop since the day the game came out. It doesn't happen on any other game I play, just nhl. 

Thanks for the details. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until we can reproduce this in order to get it fixed. So far, the only resolution I've seen is using a new console. Obviously, that's not ideal. Hopefully, we can find out what is causing this and get it resolved.

Just wanted to pop in to say that this exact issue is also happening to my club teammate, and has been since our club moved from NHL 24 to 25. I’ve been monitoring the forum and giving him all of the suggested fixes, with nothing working. He’ll try to play a couple times each week, but never even makes it to the 2nd intermission. It’s obviously frustrating for him, and for the rest of us as well since we aren’t ever playing club games with a full lineup, for reasons out of everybody’s control.  

I just wanted to comment to suggest that this problem is more far-reaching than you’re aware of. I think a lot of affected users have just given up and stopped playing the game for now, instead of reaching out. 

I’ve learned that it happens almost every game in playoffs. It happens once in a while when not in playoffs, almost every game in playoffs, this is unplayable.
