Hello. I keep getting error code with "failed to retrieve data". It happens in every game mode: SB, Wildcard, HUT moments, exibition, rivals. I tried everything as power cycle, clearing cache, even hint from older NHL games with deleting and creating new lineup. Nothing helps. Yesterday everything works well.Preordered game, weekend and I cant play. Not really funny.

hi mate, i tried everything you write... nothing helped... so i contacted support... i talked to them for over an hour... they had no solution... we tried everything... except HUT we tried also World of Chel...another error code appeared there...same as the guy writes in this post: Can’t Play any Online Matches | EA Forums - 4979634 ...the support guy said that they have already similar cases, the dev team already knows about it and they solving it...so no HUT for me during the weekend and I can only wait for a fix

Hi there. Are you only getting this in HUT or is it happening in WoC as well?

Edit: Never mind. I see your other message that it's also happening in WoC. This is an issue we're aware of and hoping to have resolved with the January update. However, there's no guarantee that fix is going to make it in this month. Here are a few possible resolutions that have worked for some others.

Clear your system cache with these instructions.

Leave and rejoin the club

Have everyone leave and rejoin the club. It was reported this worked after multiple tries

Are you currently in a WoC club? If so, does leaving the club help or do you still get that same error? Also, when are you getting it?

The only resolution we're currently aware of is disbanding the club and starting a new one. It is being investigated, but there's no ETA on a resolution at this time.

Yeah I am a GM of the club I am trying to join. It is on the Xbox series X console. All players on the team are using Xbox.

Are you a member of that club or are you joining as a free agent? Which console is this on? Does the club have a mix of players from PS and Xbox?

When trying to load in the world of chel team lobby when someone is already in the dressing room. I can’t join the dressing room if someone is already in there and if they get out I can get in, but then they get the same error so we are unable to get pass where you would select 3vs3 or 6vs6

So is there a fix for this yet? It’s been almost a month. It’s a bit ridiculous. We pay for this game and then have these server and various error messages and can’t play it and it’s weeks later and still nothing.
