Happens 2/3 games will just randomly freeze and say lost connection to player. Only been happening for 2 months or so and only nhl 25. All other devices and games run fine. I use a wired router and it is working fine. Any tips?

Xbox series s. And no it's not wired directly to the router
Community ManagerIt sounds like you're wireless then. Disconnects are far more likely to happen in that case. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
Too far away. Just strange it only seems fo happen on nhl. Didn't happen on 24.
Community ManagerWould you be able to wire it as a test? That would tell us if it's due to being wireless or not. You could also try plugging your console directly into the modem.
