Menus so laggy, its unplayable

Is it possible to switch to a wire to see if that helps? Also, have you power cycled your console and modem/router recently?

You have repeated this same thing every year and your advices have never helped anyone.We alla know by now that you release the game unfinished and keep telling us,that we dont know simple things.This is the slowest game I have seen for PS5...this back to Commodore64..Only a bot could live with itself by repeating same answers over and over again,year after year..I have these answers from NHL23..

The reason using a wired connection for a better connection is because it's absolutely true. It's not only our games that play better over wired internet. You can easily do some online research to verify this.

The menus are noticeably faster this year. We also get a relatively small number of complaints that the game is playing slow. You're more than welcome to provide video of your play so we can review it for any issues.

Again same answers every year.I live in Finland.We have wired connections here,we boot our routers reguraly and never keep our PS5 always on.Major part of our nation does this,me included.So excuse me,if I dont find these bs answers helpful.. release the update,dont keep thinking people are stupid

There are a near unlimited amount of variables that make up a fast connection. We don't have any control over your ISP, the routing they use, your equipment, the amount of bandwidth you have, the traffic on your connection, etc. What ping are you seeing in game?

The in game ping isn't a problem. For me its always flat 13ms in HUT and WoC matches. But the HUT main menu/front page is always slow. If i had to guess the data center is different than the gameplay server. Also pausing the match mid game the menu will be slow too. Ping still flat 13ms so what could cause it? 

This has been the case forever with the game and somehow you at EA don't experience it. I highly doubt i am only one with this experience. 

I play on Xbox Series X and in HUT mode, the menu is really awful, its slowness making navigation between parts really boring.
Better to have a flat and clean menu than too many effects that slow down the gaming experience.

Hello. Do you still have this issue after removing the game from Quick Resume and power cycling your console? If so, please get me a video so I can see how slow your menus are. You can publish the clip through your console or put it up on YouTube. Thank you.

Had the same problem on Xbox, was so slow. A Friend told me to remove the game from the "Quick resume" group. That way you log on a différent server each time. I did it and now it is very fast. Caution: Fasten your seat belt.
