Community ManagerHi there. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do when you live in a college dorm. What needs to be done is power cycling your modem/router. You would need your school's IT department to do this for you.
ill try and look into seeing if the it department could do that for me thank you for the insight. Doesn't seem right to me though that issue that only effects ea games is a Wi-Fi issue not a issue with ea, I'm far from a expert on the internet and that kind of stuff so I could be wrong.

It's not only wireless connections. Wired or wireless, network equipment needs to be reset now and then. Connections in college dorms are often shared by a ton of devices. This is also going to have an affect on your overall connection.
