That does makes sense but my overall connection works fine from downloading to streaming to online games but only with ea sports games has it been completely unable to connect over the past few weeks.

Community ManagerResetting your network equipment is kinda of like clearing the cache cookies in a browser. Sometimes, there will be an issue with a particular website and clearing those cookies will get it working. You can't really clear out individual device data on a router so a reset needs to happen.
