NHL 25 crashes all the time

It's extremely easy to reproduce... I cannot get through a SINGLE game in be a pro mode. It has crashed every single time.

I’m replying to you because you’re an ea admin I assume, between nhl 24 and nhl 25 I crashed almost every other game. You guys say you fixed this problem countless times but you don’t. I have crashed in more games then actually played this year. Your company should be refunding people money, for the terrible product you put out. I have looked at all possible things to do but none of it has worked. By the way it’s only your NHL games that do it. So I don’t understand why if it was an over heat issue why would this be the only game that causes that. Personally I want my money back, because you guys do this year after year and continue to put out a terrible product that you call a video game.

Hello. You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund.
This wasn't the same issue with 24 as it has been with 25. We have more reports about it now than previously. Have you tried playing since yesterdays update? That was supposed to resolve a crash issue.No it didn’t fix it. I played with my friends today on WOC and I crashed twice in 3 games. Just a shame that this can’t be resolved. EA always puts out updates that’s suppose to fix things, and they don’t. Only game i really enjoy playing on Xbox was the NHL copies, but now all I do is crash, messing up my stats and hurting my teammates.
It's still happening. I played 2 games and crashed both times, no hat trick or anything... just crashing in the middle of skating.

Thanks for letting me know. There is another player that says updating their controller's firmware helped. They also deleted CoD, but It's hard to see how that would help.
Mine still crashes in every WOC mode. I’ve controller updated, and deleted other games. I bought the deluxe edition but the game icon on my box is just the regular edition. Would this be causing an issue ?

I don't think that icon would be the issue.
Someone else reported that updating the firmware on their controller resolved this. Can you check to see if one is available for yours?
