Still missing my pre-order rewards. Can't load world of chel.(Please share)

Hey everyone! This is about a 4-5 month check in since the release of this game. I never received my pre-order rewards and have still not been able to load into world of chel successfully since early October. I have contacted EA help probably 20 times now, and nobody has any fix or anything useful to give me to resolve the issue. When I asked if they could credit the hut rewards to my account, they told me I had to go through xbox support since that is how I purchased the game. News flash, Microsoft can not give me IN GAME rewards since IT IS NOT THEIR GAME. The content that I should have received on NHL 25 has to be credited through EA, crazy right? The game has been out for almost half a year now and I still can not play world of chel on my account. In addition, still never received my HUT rewards. Oh yeah, I'm also still down $80 from pre-ordering this game that I still can't even play. I have reached out to try and get this problem fixed so many times it's exhausting and I get the same "we are aware there is an issue and we hope it will be fixed soon" every time I talk to them. It has been almost HALF A YEAR. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been more than patient but I am afraid it is running out. The new NHL comes out in around 7 months and I still can't play this one. LOL. Please upvote this and share this information because I spent $80 on a game that I still can't play almost half a year later. I will never spend another dime on an EA product, and I hope that you guys will follow suit because this is ridiculous. They don't care about you, they don't care about if you can play their game that you paid for, all they care about is getting your money in their pocket. That's it. Please share this to others to bring light to this issue. They don't listen to the community, nor do they help their community. This is embarrassing EA. I wouldn't be surprised if I got an Error code when trying to post to this forum, haha.
