NHL 25 shut off my console
When I play NHL 25 my console keeps shutting off and I have to unplug and re plug it in to turn it back on. This doesn’t happen with games like cyberpunk which are twice as many GB. Is there any way around this?

the same thing has been happening to me. I’ve tried every single troubleshooting tip and nothing seems to work
Yeah there was a bigger thread made about this issue about 3 months ago. Crazy how EA hasn't addressed this as it's been going on for all their EA sports games, making them unplayable. I've been trying for the pass week to troubleshoot and find what could maybe cause this, but so far no luck.

Hi there. So far, we haven't been able to reproduce this. Until we can do that, we won't be able to get it fixed.

Hi there. We don't know yet what is causing this as we haven't been able to reproduce it. I did hear from one person that it stopped happening with a new console. We haven't determined if it's a hardware issue or related to the game since we can't reproduce it.
Hey, If it was a hardware issue, it probably would be happening with other games and not only EA sports games. I've been myself trying to reproduce it but it always happens at random times so it's hard to say for sure.

We'll keep watching for it. Hopefully, it can be reproduced and we can get it resolved.
