NHL25 Crashing
So I’m playing in career mode; and when I get a hattie it crashes. First time it’s done this and I’m so far in my career too. Now every time I get one it crashes. Any advice? TIA

So need to start a career all over?
I literally bought a brand new Xbox because I was tired of playing a 8 year old version of this game.
Happens on 2/3 of the hat tricks cut screen

Community ManagerIt would be good to know if it happens on a new career. I'm not saying you need to start one all over. This would be done as a test. However, if you don't crash on the new one, most likely you will need to start over. That or wait and see if a fix is released to address it.
Hey mate. I'm having same issue. Started a new one, and same issue. Crashes on hat trick and also in 3rd point in same period.

Hi there. Can you get me a video of the crash happening when a hat trick is scored?
It started happening into the second season after winning the Stanley Cup. Now every time someone gets a hat-rick that follows up with hats on the ice the game freezes (PS5). The only workaround is quickly hitting pause and sim the rest of the game. There needs to be a fix ASAP. I'm not going to start a new career, whose to say it doesn't happen again?

There is something else that said updating the firmware for their controller helped. Can you check to see if one is available?
Hello, controllers were up to date but there seemed to be an EA update when I turned the system on today. Whatever it was the game no longer freezes, thank you.
