Not Able to start the Game

I play NHL25 on the Xbox Series S and I am not able to start the game anymore.

For about a Week or two, I am not able to open the game anymore. I tried reinstalling the game several times and it didn’t seem to help in anyway. I do not get any error messages, the game just closes itself after the starting screen.

Is there anyway to fix that, so that I am able to play again?

Did this just recently start happening after working fine previously? Have you tried a factory reset of your console?

I tried every Step already and that multiple times.
Somehow nothing seems to work, NHL ist the only Game with that problem.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help get this fixed. First, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
