Technical issues

I’m having the same problem, only HUT won’t even let me load into the mode anymore. I got kicked out of a single player mission and haven’t been able to get back in since. It’s been 3 days and I’ve tried everything.

If you can get me the details I mentioned, we'll look into this further.

If we get other reports and determine this is an issue with the game, it's possible some kind of make good would go out for that. Otherwise, chances are good this is hardware related and does not have to do with the game.

The next time it happens, note the time and send me a private message with your PSN ID. I'll see if we can look at your account to see if it's coming from the game or not.

Then who can because this is pointless if you can fix the wrong that was done on your company's end. The point it help players and dress the problems. You have done neither of those things and ea can give rewards because they have done it on a large scale when there is problems. An y'all can fix the record as well

Did that already, now how is that going to fix my record, an progression rewards? 

Try clearing your console's cache and rebuilding the database with the steps here. Also, make sure your PS5 is in a well ventilated area and the vents are free of dust and debris.

It happened again. The time frame between the first and second was weeks but the second and third is days. Not only did it give me another lose but I lost my progression rewards for the game breakers and team of the week.  I'm on the ps5. I completed the game breakers challenges and lost all my team of week progression. I sent in the video to as it asked as well

Did both occurrences happen right around the same time or were they pretty far apart? Also, which console are you on?
