Well sticklift is really bad this year and it dosen’t matter if you have 99 defens and 99 in poke check and the x factor you will poke check the same without x factor and 80 in poke check, sometime i even think i play better defense with my OD than my DD.
I don't understand how an EA employee, who is supposed to pass on community feedback, can consistently acknowledge this issue, and yet still we haven't seen any adjustments, after the game has been out for a couple of months now; it is a crucial part of the game of hockey. Is this going to be fixed?

Community ManagerIt was actually someone else that said that. I just missed quoting it when I was responding. Regardless, as I've said, I agree with the stick lift not working well enough, but I'm having very little issue with poke checks.
While I work for EA, I'm not a developer. I relay the feedback, but it's not something I can personally address.

But keep in mind that not everything pointed out here is feedback. There are some skill issues that don't warrant gameplay changes by development.

Squared up the puck carrier, angle them away from the goal/slot area by using Defensive Skill Stick + Manual poke check once I was in range.
Like i said you gonna play defense alone in drop in so 2-3 vs 1 so what can i do more than stay between the pass cuz the goalie NEVER gonna save the pass move
In this situation, I’d angle the puck carrier into either making a lateral move and hit them with a well-timed manual poke check as they try to cross my lane or to force an innacruate pass that will cause a subsequent one-timer to be less accurate.
Also - your goalie will know if you've decided to pressure the puck carrier into making a forced pass and they will 'cheat' in order to save the incoming one-timer.

No doubt, but also everyone here has acknowledged the multiple issues this game does have (stick checking, and truculence), including the EA employee, so I simply just want to make sure the development team is actually getting this feedback; I am not saying a detailed report of every complaint needs to be given to the devs but anyone who plays the game can highlight these key issues in a heartbeat; so, I would hope that EA_Aljo actually gives the devs the feedback provided here, including the issues he has identified himself, instead of just sitting here saying it is an issue.
