Another thing is that you could just used Coach feedback to evaluate the player, it is fine, but you implement some new metrics and mechanics and just don't test them, because you don't have time or people.
The result? The biggest upgrade mode for your new game is unplayable on harder difficulties, you need to play on Rookie to be able to rise up. NHL 25 (Coach that wants to talk to you 3-4 times in the game with unskippable cutscene) or NHL 20 (last one before pricey pond hockey) had better Be a Pro mechanics than this one.
Knowing that X Factor bug was in the game since NHL 21 in be a pro all the way to NHL 25, I don't think you would fix the issue, but I hope you would, because the gameplay on ice is good.
The fact that you can start developing your man from the junior league at the age of 16 is a lovely feature of NHL20. If you combined the best of NHL20 and 25, you would have a really good be a pro.
