It still has not been fixed and was noted to be "under investigation" by EA_Aljo . The only thing you can do is roll back to a previous save. I did not have a previous save so I had to restart my career and have declined every endorsement deal since. I now create a new save every month and delete the old ones once it's full. What a shame.
I don’t have alternative saves either, I really don’t want to restart again, but I’m hoping it’ll be fixed.
