Playing CHEL and the game will freeze and kick me out to the Xbox (Series X) Home Screen. This only happens with ea games. Same thing happens with Madden and College Football (though that’s been better lately).
Sucks because it’s an automatic loss.
I’ve done the shut down (shut down and unplug for a minute or 2 and I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the game)
any other thoughts?

Think we bought the Xbox in 2021. Yes it’s a digital version of the game.
I did clear the cache as well before reinstalling the game.
Community ManagerHi there. There have been some other reports of this over the years. Unfortunately, we've never been able to reproduce it. So, we can't fix it. It's pretty uncommon. How old is your Series X? Is the game installed on the internal hard drive?
