Wired, 300mb connection, latency was constant 6ms when this happened last time. Either cloud gaming or ea server problem.
Today I played one cloud game and got disconnected for 5 sec each time, but this time controller was not dropped afterwards so I was able to finish the game. Still this is an issue you should check out

  Thanks for the response. Did you try all the suggestions in that article I mentioned? We're not aware of any server issues currently, but will keep monitoring for them.
