Crash to Dashboard STILL

I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions.

Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game.

I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I don’t know what to do at this point, feels like a waste of money buying the game at this point.

Over two full years of crashing out of world of chel games with zero progression in terms of solutions. Happens non stop, I love being on one of the best clubs in the world and crashing out of key playoff games trying to complete a perfect playoff, think I have over 70 quits this year and have maybe quit 4-5 games myself? There is hundreds of people maybe even thousands across the world with this issue, how is there still zero progress in terms of a solution.

As the topic suggests almost every game I’ve tried to play has crashed my game or shut my Xbox series x off completely. I have not been able to play even a full period of club 3v3 or 6v6 games. I was able to play two full quick play 3v3 games but on my third try it crashed. I had this issue in 25 as well and have no issue with any other game that I play. I’ve taken apart and cleaned my Xbox, made sure it was in an open area and not overheating, cleared cache, power cycled my Xbox, and even tried to factory restart it at one point. Nothing has fixed or even seemed to help. There has not been anything consistent that I’ve been able to tell that’s happened in every game that would cause my crash. I know other players on Xbox have had issues but none of my friends I play with have had any issues so I’m not sure where to go from here. I really only play world of chel and have not tried any other game mode as I don’t intend to play anything else anyway.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there. I merged your thread with the already existing one for this issue. Unfortunately, we still haven't reproduced this crashing so we haven't been able to address it.
