Game crash and dash boards nhl 26 and apex

Every time I try to play a club 3v3 or 6v6 my game crashes and dash boards me, I’ve done everything possible to fix the solution that EA has told me to do and nothing works, they say buy a new consol...

Xbox gamertag
Mode(s) you're crashing in
Day/time (with your timezone)
