Game crash in playoffs

I got to playoffs on first season of ultimate team. In finals I won game 1 but in games 2 and 3 after first period the game crashed and I lost out on cup and rewards on all star. I don’t get to play much and this is crap…. Also just went to auction to buy a card for 15,000 and I lost but won’t refund my coins. I’m very unhappy right now.
