HUT captains pack error

I just bought Nhl26 and trying to create my hut team. The issue is that when i am trying to pick my Captain in the captains pack, it says error and throws me back to the beginning to the start screen...

    Hey, everyone. Can you tell me which favorite team you chose when first loading into NHL 26? It's possible the team that was chosen as your favorite may be causing this.
