Items in "Transactions" sets were never returned to my inbox.

I had at least one untradable 87  Ryan McDonagh card in the Quinn Hughes set, maybe other smaller cards as well in the smaller sets to build 87's and none were returned to my inbox when the event/sets expired as would usually happen. I tried opening a support case but EA makes that impossible to do anymore, help please. Rewards are too sparse this year to begin with, can't afford to lose what I have already earned because of bugs or whatever the cause of this is. I've already restarted the game and my console, that didn't help. I'm on Xbox Series S if that matters, but it's HUT which is multi-platform so it shouldn't. Thanks in advance.

    I had items not returned including 87 and 85 I overall players I spent money on trying to get a 90 overall. Cost me tons of players and now I don’t have any of them 🤷‍♂️ not cool

    This happened again with the Next Gen Sets that just expired, how do I open a support ticket, several fairly high value cards have not been returned to my account now, this needs to be addressed by EA. Support
