Lost Connection

I'm losing connection to the EA server every 10-15 minutes these days it seems. My internet is perfectly fine and doesn't disconnect me on other games. Idk what to do at this point. NHL HUT is unplay...

First let me just say, this EA_Aljo “person” is not very helpful. The complaints about the lost connections to the EA servers are so abundant that you can’t possibly tell me you’re not aware of any issues on your end. The game has become unplayable for me, and I only play offline!! It shouldn’t be this much of a problem! And like everyone else has said, the worst part is getting a loss and losing all in-game achievements when it disconnects. It’s about every 3 games of cup chase for me these days. Please fix your servers EA, it’s not our internet connection. This will definitely be the last time I buy NHL if this problem continues.

The freeze happening during intermissions in cup chase is one we're aware of. If you're disconnecting outside of that, that's a different issue and we'll need to troubleshoot your connection. Let me know if you want to do that.

  This happens during rival matches or champs. I have 300 Mbps download/12 Mbps upload internet. This has never happened to me before (nhl23, nhl24, nhl25).
  The internet is connected via cable. I have set up my network masks according to your recommendations.

    The issue with freezing during intermissions in Cup Chase is a known issue and one we need to address. It's not connected related.
