Lost Connection

We're not aware of any issues that would cause frequent disconnects. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps here?

Hi Aljo, Thank you for taking time to help us. I am on a wired connection in Canada and I have the exact same issue; can't finish  a single cup chase game without disconnecting from EA servers. Could it be a server problem or is there some server maintenance or problems going on?

I'm in Texas as well and have had no issues. But, I'm also on a wired connection. Wireless connections are unstable and far more likely to disconnect. Especially when the router is in another room. You may want to look into using a powerline adaptor if using a wire isn't possible.

router is too far away. my connection is great for other games. im in Texas so maybe a server is far away. idk

Yo aljo, whats the point of having a 2 hour 2x XP token when I can’t find a game, game freezes, game loses connection?

As a test can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

PS5 pro. Wireless connection. The wifi isn't an issue. I've been playing other games with no issues.
