Problem franchise freeze and help me EA

Hello,

I have been a loyal NHL customer for over 20 years, buying the game every year since the early 2000s. NHL is my favorite sports series, and Franchise Mode is the main reason I purchase it.

Unfortunately, NHL 26 currently has a major bug in Franchise Mode that makes it very difficult to enjoy the game. Since this mode is the only one I really play, the issue has made my purchase feel very disappointing.

I kindly request either a refund or some form of compensation for this issue, as I feel I did not receive the full product I paid for. Even a discount or credit toward future EA purchases would be appreciated.

I truly value the NHL series and hope this issue will be fixed soon. Thank you for your understanding and support.

    We forgotten offline players should really get some compensation for this, it's almost been a month and nothing is happening

    When exactly are you freezing? We're currently investigating crashing issues with Franchise Mode.

    If you want to look into a refund, you'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if that's possible.

    Hello, Indeed, we all tried to reinstall the latest updates released today and it happens regularly, still several people on your forum indicate the same thing if you notice (freeze or crash)

    Franchise for me is freezing on July 5, 2027. When I try to advance past this point it stays stuck on simulating and never advances. Have tried multiple times restarting both the game and console and nothing has worked.

    Can you try creating a new Franchise Mode and see if it crashes in the same place?

    I tried everything, uninstalled, started again, installed the patch, even tried the original players, and those from September 16.I requested an Xbox refund which they granted me,  and our video game center will return the 20 copies they have in inventory if it is not resolved by October 6th.

    Are you crashing when there's a grudge match? Is a custom roster being used?
