  2. Account Name: Rilo100
  3. Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): Happening since Sunday 6/21, most error was 6/22 5:00 PM CST
  4. Which mode were you in?: Hockey Ultimate Team
  5. What were you doing just before it occurred?: attempting to collect daily objective rewards
  6. How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?:  Happens 100% of the time I try to collect my daily rewards 
  7. Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number?  photo attached

unable to collect daily objective rewards in NHL 20, HUT. The timer says EXPIRED and the daily objectives will not refresh and I cannot collect the rewards. When trying to collect, the error prompt comes up on the screen and I am sent to the main menu.

    There was an issue over the weekend, but that appears to be resolved. Are you still having trouble with this?

  • I'm not Rilo1742 so i can't speak for him/her, but yes, the issue still persists.  i'm still unable to collect daily rewards without receiving the FTRD error/kicked to main menu

    the FTRD errors during gameplay appear to have been resolved

You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They will need to get your case escalated to the NHL games team for investigation. Thanks!

  • @EA_Aljothanks for the info, i opened a second case with an advisor. that person said the studio has the information and needs to fix it. i have no way to confirm or deny that so i'll take him/her at their word. the advisor also said i should post the relevant information in this thread which i did yesterday, but my post was removed. nothing more i can do at this point but wait

  • i'm not sure what you are referring to.  i did not post personal or identifying information of any kind.  

    edit:  do you mean the answers to the requested information in the first post of this thread? if so, of course i provided my account name as it was requested to assist with the problem

    I don't know which post was removed. I was just letting you know what it could have been. As far as the issue itself goes, not being able to collect the rewards is something that needs to be handled by our specialists.

  • @EA_Aljo Yes the problem is still there. It seems that the studio has knowledge of the problem according to other users and are still working to fix it. I will give it some time to see if they are able to fix it
