I have been trying to contact the EA help chat for 2 days now and haven't been able to contact a real person due to the obscene wait times.I've only apparently had someone join the chat hours after the chat allegedly started I don't have the free time to wait 2-3 hours to receive help for a problem that could easily be solved over email or a simple phone call.Which is horrible but I could cope with it if the alert email that is sent when an agent connects to your chat actually sends when the agent connects and not AFTER they time out the chat and leave.Is this just the status quo for wait times now?attached are the 2 chat transcripts

My account got hacked and as a result of it I'm banned from all ea games without my knowledge. I bought bf6 and now can't even play it. This is robbery this needs to be looked at. Where are the humans? Why are we waiting to chat to unhelpful bots instead of someone real?

It is absolutely horrific all i need to do is get my account unlinked to an email that is owned by my deceased father yet ive been waiting almost 2.5 days

8 hour wait time to have an account unlinked and they email you a transcript of an agent asking if you’re there and ending the chat. wth is this

This is barbarick, I’m trying to get in touch my self for the same thing. Battlefield beta came out and I wanted my ea account linked to a new one but it’s someone else’s email for the verification code and I haven’t a clue who it could be out of my old friends from 5+ years ago

I'm the same bought Battlefield 6 but EA account was hacked, now banned from all EA games. Send them the details, Waste of time waiting on the chat help as nobody ever answers that. Useless

Thats just ludacris! Ive been trying for only 2 hours and my time just keeps going up. Lol. I want to try BF6 as well but cant until i resolve my easily fixable issue but getting into the chat is ridiculous.

Same exact situation man. Pay full price for a game I've been WAITING FOR and can't even play it. I don't even play games that much any more which makes that much more frustrating
