Hello, so the problem is I want to unlink an old XBOX account that I've completely lost and no longer have any access to, to the account I'm actually currently using, but I'm not given the option to do so like other people I've seen, simply, the option to unlink isn't there at all, so I'm requesting that someone please does it for me.I will provide pictures of the options to unlink not showing, the error I'm getting and my actual account.Thank you for your time, Vagg

It's somewhat crazy that EA has completely abdicated any responsibility in resolving this issue. The support chats have proven totally useless. I am constantly told there is nothing they can do despite there being reports online that this can be done and EA's own website saying this is the only route to resolve the issue.

Still waiting on a productive response regarding how to solve this issue numerous users are having.

EA_cuervo Yeah its the exact same problem for me. 2 Accounts linked and therefore we are stuck in an endless loop where i cant do anything and eahelp is saying only i can unlink when i obviously cant. Hey all. I am in the same exact situation. Somehow have multiple accounts linked to my EA account. No option to unlink. Have had multiple chats with support and they all say they cannot help. EA_cuervo

I am also having the same issue I have two Xbox accounts linked to my EA account and the option to unlink is not showing up. I have had multiple chats with EA support and have been stuck in a continuous loop of no help to resolve the issue. My sister bought split fliction and we are unable to play because we discovered my EA account is linked to her Xbox account and my xbox account and I own PlayStation now and cannot do the friend pass it’s very frustrating that EA cannot resolve the issue when it’s on their end and not the EA account holders.

Hey all. On a whim, I decided to check my EA account and the UI seems to have had an update and I was able to unlink the erroneous accounts. You should check and see if it will work for you.

Since EA_cuervo started ignoring this discussion almost a month ago maybe some 1else can look in to it? EA_Bogdan EA_Edu EA_Bia EA_Sunil EA_Shepard Its a big a problem for multiple people

I've tried 4 different times. Eventually it comes down to "we can't do anything, sorry" and that's that. Completely infuriating. There seems to be no resolution. This thread seems to be being ignored as well so unlikely to be escalated.

I am having the same issue. I somehow ended up with 3 Xbox accounts linked to my EA account (even though EA says you can only link one?) and want to remove 2 of them. I tried the chat support and they just tell me they cannot remove the Xbox accounts and offer no recourse or solution or even anyone else to talk to, just end the chat abruptly. Very rude and unprofessional.

What's crazy to me is you have "advisors" who really can't help. But instead of escalating a ticket they just close it. That's really not how a ticket system is supposed to work. But the lack of help is really sad. And like I said above. I've been dealing with this since my son moved out years ago. Lol. Last night I asked him to log in and see if he can unlink his account on his end. He was ket with the error that his account is already linked and can only been done once in a lifetime

That’s ridiculous that they still haven’t fixed this issue leaving all of just stuck with no hope to resolve. EA support has gone down hill

I have chatted with 4 different reps at this point, none of whom were able to provide a resolution. I really think this is a dead end which is unbelievable.

i to am having this same issue. My sons account whos grown up and moved on has his account linked as well as mine. No unlink button and I've opened many a ticket /case to only be told that I must wait for a update. that never comes and they just close the case. super super frustrating
