If you believe there are other files installed in your system that might be conflicting with your games, you can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors.

Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error message that you see when trying to launch your games?
Hello! Some games don't even have a message they just don't load but this is what it says when I try and run Battlefield 1 Revolution
