Error Code 23!!!

Hi! I'm getting error code 23. I Have tried cleanboot etc all "stuff" I've read from this forum. How I can get back my saved progress and also continue to play career?

I've tried these also: "

• Repair/Verify your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game"
