putting in the "easy" modes (arcade and pro) the putt line that comes up is WAAAAAAAYYYYY off, ive missed more putts with that stupid line than i would if i played without it

When the game first came out, the putt line were fairly accurate. After the first patch, the putt lines started to get inaccurate. I used the putt lines as reference and I had to depend on direction of the elevation and green movement to make putt. By the third patch, my golfer is playing more like Fast Eddie in Billiards; I am seeing more sideways putts and lip outs. Having legendary ball specs reduced sideways putts but they still occur. The latest update improved the sideways putt situation, but too many lip outs occur.
Can't disagree with anything that has been said here. One thing I wish they would do is, after you max out your level, instead of awarding XP's which are useless, give us currency. Depending on a measly 500 if you do the daily quests doesn't get you very far. Something for finishing a round, tournament, etc., maybe even more for winning a career mode tourney would be nice incentive to continue to play. I don't play the more expensive daily tournaments because I don't want to waste currency on facing players who are shooting -20 and over.
As many other posts have pointed out, the lack of online play options (especially turn based play), really needs to be addressed. If they do ever get that going, It would be nice if there was a way to select opponents that are in your handicap range. Adain, no interest in going up against the -20 and over crowd.
Does ea even know what they are doing,us gamers want a game thats plays correctly but we all know that's never gonna happen.
In short they promised a SIM experience and provided us an arcade game.
I also agree with most of what has been posted here. A game that projected so much promise fell well short of the mark.
And to think it has only been two months and there is little in the game to play for.
