I just lost 20 tickets because the game crashed in the middle of the tournament. I can't resume my tournament session and now have zero tickets. Come on...
Please either give us the tickets back when a crash is detected, or just let us get back into the tournament at the point of the crash.

This, for me, is why there should not be any "paid for" tournaments. There can never be a guarantee of secure connection and therefore, coins, tokens or whatever, some of which come at a real monetary cost, will be gone.
I know that EA want to make money but good, regular and wanted DLC is a far better way to go. On top of this, lost tokens etc, will only ever give EA a large headache whereas purchasing DLC is an option on behalf of the player only.
