Swing speed on full shots and putts is slow. Ball also moving very slow.

I am having an issue with my full swing and putting swing speed being slow. Also, the ball flight is slow with a slight pause with a full swing. When putting the ball rolls in slow motion. I am not playing online, noticed this in quick-play mode. This is with an XBOX console.

    I double checked all of my swing settings, and the problem still exists. I've had this game for 4 months and this just started happening 3 days ago. It happens when playing as AI golfers too. It makes the game unplayable!!

    Remove 'quick resume' before every session.
