10 Years of Game Progress Lost.

I’m experiencing a problem with my Plants vs. Zombies 2 account, all of my game progress is missing.

I already contacted EA Help and provided my Player ID. They told me that the progress was already added back to my account and that I should be able to access it simply by opening the game. However, when I log in, my account still shows no progress.

I also tried linking my email account again and forcing a sync, but nothing has worked so far.

Do anyone has had the same issue in the past and know how to fix it?

    Im currently in the same situation. 10+ years of progress including paid plants and it all went back to start after the last update. This has happened before and I was able to recoup my account. This time EA hasn't responded and it’s been about a week.

    I remember last time they had me go to my user name somehow and there were two users there. I just had to switch to the other user and there was my account. Maybe you should look for that option in settings. Maybe that’s where your fix is.
